Vintage 40s Black Scrapbook Embossed Eagle Military Cover Magazine Recipes Pics. Embossed army tank, navy ship, & Air Force plane, Liberty bell with wings and American stars around an eagle with a V and lightning bolt on the front. Inside cover has pencil writing that reads “Recipes from all Parts & Nations. By Lois Snyder 9/2/42 A.D.S.” The clippings include about 10 articles on nutrition and feeding a family, about 150 recipes, 3 color clippings of designed rooms, and 2 clippings of children in advertisements. About 1/4-1/3 of the scrapbook is unused. The first 2 pages have some tearing around the edges but the rest of the pages are in excellent condition. The scrapbook measures 12.25” x 14.5”.
