This is a pretty bright colored floral print on a black sheer chiffon fabric. The fabric is cut into points so as to be a symmetric. There’s a fitted waist band and a zipper. The skirt is fully lined. Please note that although the size tag says 18 please see my measurement photo I am a 16 and the skirt fits me perfectly I am going to list as a 16. In excellent condition
