Just an amazing piece. I'm a size 0/2 and think this would best fit a size 2. Italian size is 42.
Measurements (taken flat, unstretched):
Pit to pit: 15.5"
Waist (at seam, narrowest point): 13"
Shoulder to shoulder: 15"
Sleeve (shoulder seam to cuff): 23"
This is a sharply nipped, structured cut with a peplum, so the 13" waist is the constraint. I'd recommend comparing to a jacket you own before purchasing! The wool has some give and is super soft.
Also note a few tiny fabric pulls on the collar and back.
