GENUINE vintage late 60s early 70's. Pretty sure this was mine as a child. Found it when clearing out a storage room. Soft light green smocked top with delicate lace trim and pearl-button accents. Short puff sleeves. 0-3 months. In like new condition. No rips, stains, tears, or other imperfections.
