smwong2020l I provided you with an offer only because I called the shoe cobbler that works on Chanel shoes and they quoted me to fix the elastic between 150 and 250 depending on how extensive the work is hence the reason I made the offer. I hope that you were not offended. I was just trying to price what it would cost to fix the shoe. Having said that is there anything else wrong with the shoe. Any details you could share would be greatly appreciated lovely! Thank you for your time!
