Vintage 1980s custom made textured glitter black velvet and silver lame color block pantsuit set, one of a kind and amazing!! Futuristic and retro vibes at the same time, from my personal archive! Would work great as a clown or Pierrot costume for Halloween too!! The balloon pants or harem pants have an elastic waist and the little jacket has front buttons and removable shoulder pads.
