This is a women's sized denim pair of shorts, known as a "12/13" by the brand Hollister Co. The material is 100% cotton. Measurements: 15.25 inch waist across = 30.5 inch waist Rise: 8.0 inch Length: 12.5 inch I add detail to make even denim piece one of a kind including affixing the patches and sometimes even rhinestones! This denim piece is a thrifted/upcycled item that is being given a second life and new chance to be loved.
