**Vintage 1997 Daddy's Long Legs African American Complete 3-Piece Nativity Set** exceptionally rare, investment-grade holiday heirloom: the complete 1997 African American Nativity Set designed by acclaimed folk artist Karen Germany for Daddy's Long Legs (DLL). This historic set was released as an ultra-limited exclusive milestone strictly for registered members of the official Daddy's Long Legs Collectors Club. It was never made available to the general public or standard toy boutiques. Complete, pristine, fully-boxed sets containing all core figures and original paper documentation are practically nonexistent on the secondary market. **THE COMPLETE BUNDLE INCLUDES:** * **Joseph (#DLM97A):** 13-inch wood-resin sculpt wearing a traditional blue/tan striped gown, full-length blue coat tied with jute twine, white muslin head covering, and carrying a hand-stitched brown leather shoulder bag. * **Mary (#DLM97B):** 12-inch wood-resin sculpt wearing a rich brown gown under a tan/brown striped coat, accented with layered multi-textural head cloths. * **Baby Jesus Figurine:** 4.5-inch delicate figurine beautifully swaddled in off-white cloth and a secure navy/green blanket. * **Wooden Manger Accessory:** Original straw-filled miniature wooden manger base (5.5" x 3.5"). * **Original Packaging:** Comes complete with original factory retail storage boxes, protective inserts, etc **CONDITION REPORT:** Pristine / Collector Mint Condition.
