Beautiful and Unique Sue Sartor Flounce Skirt. Size Large. New without tags. Never worn. This maxi skirt has a deep navy base with dense white embroidered botanical pattern on the upper tier. Large white chrysanthemum flowers are embroidered on the lower tier, and the white piping/border are all present. The tie/sash is also navy with white embroidery.
