Umgee Blue and White Striped Tunic with Lace Yoke

Relaxed tunic with horizontal blue and white stripes. Features a cream lace yoke and a three metal buttons on placket. Roll-tab sleeves that are not but 3/4 length even uncuffed. It has an asymmetrical hem for easy layering. It does look great with a cream tank under it. It is lightweight. The material is textured like a raw cheesecloth. I bought this gently used. I have worn it twice. It has side pockets and seems seasonless to me. It looks great with jeans. See photos for measurements.
