queenzb13I have purchased 1 from you before but this will be my first Rex pelts. I did notice your stuffed animals and bags. I’ve loved them as well and already shared with friends and family. It’s why I felt comfortable asking you about pillows. You are very talented. I plan to purchase from you for most fur purchases from here on out. You have a great variety. It took me a bit to put those variations together. I had an entirely different offer I prior to it. lol thank you again and I’ll be back soon!

queenzb13Have you considered making 16x16 or 18x18 pillow covers? I would be interested in purchasing various depending on the construction and cost. I like your existing mini pillows but I’m unsure of their sizing or if the filler can be removed to be washed.

sockpot@queenzb13 Unfortunately, I don’t have rabbit pelts large enough to make 16×16 or 18×18 pillows .so I’m not able to make pillows that large. As for the mini pillows, the size is about 16*9 inches, depending on the pelts size. the filling is not removable, so it cannot be taken out for washing. I’m sorry I can’t offer the larger size, but I really appreciate your interest!

queenzb13@sockpot I think they are fine to use together. They’re not going to match like faux fur but that’s the beauty of natural materials. Grasscloth and reed wallpaper are the same. I look forward to my pelts and I will be back soon. I’ll be purchasing various for family and friends and maybe even for my own craft if I can get it to work. Do you have any recommendations for cleaning? If not, I’ll look up.

sockpot@queenzb13 For cleaning, I recommend not washing or soaking the rabbit pelts. For light cleaning, gently shake them out or use a soft brush, and you can lightly wipe the fur with a slightly damp cloth if needed. I also make crafts with rabbit pelts myself! I have a few bags and some plush bunny toys in my closet that I made using Rex rabbit pelts.

sockpot@queenzb13 If you’re planning to make crafts like these, I highly recommend using Rex rabbit fur. The fur is shorter, much softer, and more dense, so it has a nice, smooth finish and doesn’t stick out or look shaggy like regular rabbit fur can. It’s especially nice for bags, plush toys, and other handmade projects
