Beautiful vintage statement brooch featuring an ornate gold-tone floral and foliate design accented with deep fuchsia/ruby-colored rhinestones. The dimensional openwork design is densely embellished with rhinestones and features an articulated floral drop that moves freely beneath the main brooch. A dramatic, substantial piece of vintage costume jewelry with wonderful color and detail. Unsigned as far as I can determine.
