🧶 Handmade Crochet Shawl Wrap yourself in warmth and artistry with this handmade hand knit shawl, crafted from what appears to be a luxurious mohair-acrylic blend. Featuring horizontal stripes in earthy tones—olive green, beige, cream, peach, and soft brown—this piece evokes a natural, grounded elegance. The mohair lends a soft halo and airy texture, while the acrylic ensures durability and shape retention. Finished with delicate fringe tassels along the edges, it adds movement and a touch of bohemian charm. Material: no fabric label but it feels like a blend of mohair with acrylic. ✨ Style Aesthetic • Rustic Luxe: The muted palette and fuzzy texture channel cozy cabin vibes with elevated sophistication. • Boho-Chic: Fringe detailing and the relaxed drape make it perfect for free-spirited layering. • Soft Girl Meets Earth Tones: The peach and cream accents soften the look, ideal for romantic styling with a grounded twist. 👗 Styling Options • Weekend Wanderer: Pair with a chunky knit sweater, wide-leg trousers, and suede boots for a relaxed, nature-inspired look. • Urban Cozy: Drape over a tailored coat or blazer for a textural contrast that adds warmth and visual interest. • Editorial Edge: Belt it over a monochrome turtleneck dress and add statement earrings for a fashion-forward silhouette. • Casual Layering: Toss it over a denim jacket or hoodie for effortless layering on chilly days. A few snags in the knit, but otherwise good condition. Length: 55” Width:42”

class6@suzymags Hi Suzy, i added pictures of some of the flaws. A couple spots where there might be a skipped stitch and a couple places where the yarn is pulled higher than the fabric.

charleybp862This is knit? Not crochet. Would you be able to do a burn test with a small piece of the fringe and add a photo of the results? If it’s not polyester I’d buy in an instant

class6@charleybp862 Hi Charley, thank you for the information! Regarding the fabric- i added a photo of the burn test. It burned quickly- some bubble formation- the remains turned powdery when i touched them.

charleybp862@class6 Aw thank you so much for checking, it means a lot. It’s probably a blend based on the results, and I get skin reactions from polyester. Thank you, though! I’m sure some lucky person will adore it.
