2ndtimearoundnj@marilyn_giles If you look closely the “ strap” is adjustable as it ties in the back of the dress. Where it falls on you could depend on tiring it as opposed to adjusting a strap like on a bra. This is more of a tie back.

2ndtimearoundnj@marilyn_giles 43” & 46” is measured from where the strap meets the top of dress. I did not include the strap as it’s adjustable. It’s the full asymmetrical length of the dress from short to long
