Puff sleeves with pops of gorgeous flowered embroidery in red, royal blue, kelly green, yellow, and pink colors. Smaller flowered embroidery (in same color palette) is carried throughout front bodice and front/back peplum. Piece can be worn as a jacket or blouse, looks beautiful paired with camisole, jeans or ecru-colored jeans/dress pants or skirt. No known flaws.
