Up for sale is a fine antique Art Nouveau ceramic planter/cachepot vase, crafted in Bohemia (Austria) circa 1895–1910.
This piece features classic Art Nouveau styling with sweeping organic whiplash tripod legs, a reticulated (pierced) top rim, and a rich, dark iridescent metallic luster glaze framing pale green floral transfer panels.
• Origin: Bohemia / Austria (turn of the 20th century)
• Maker/Attribution: Unsigned (as-issued), attributed to Julius Dressler or Amphora / Turn-Teplitz.
• Base Markings: The base features an impressed four-digit mold/model number (2142 or similar) alongside an ink-stamped decorator mark (05).
• Approx Measurements: 5.5"H x 5.5"W x 5"Diameter (widest point) 4"Diameter at top
• Condition: Excellent antique condition. No chips, cracks, structural repairs, or post-factory damage. Intact iridescent glaze with fine, uniform glaze crazing consistent with age. From a smoke and pet free home.
