Stunning mid-century vintage statement piece! This 1950s - 1960s structured box bag by STYLECRAFT of Miami features a rich, deep emerald/olive green velvet exterior. The front is beautifully detailed with a central, ornate embroidered crest. Finished with a gold-tone brass metal top frame, a secure flip-lock latch, and a sturdy metal top handle. Vintage condition. Showing normal signs of age-appropriate wear to the velvet and light patina/fading on the brass hardware. The interior would respond well to refurbishing. While the interior satin is in good condition, the structure is waiting to be secured in place! The bag is structurally sound, but the top frame has slipped out from under the metal lip (see photos for detail). All measurements are approximate.
