Cute white ruffle mini skirt by Veronica Beard. Has a pattern and laid into the fabric. I wore this one time and dry cleaned it and when I got it back, it had a place near the zipper that needs a stitch. It is not noticeable when you are wearing it though. There are no flaws other than that. Size 6. Has some stretch. Waist measurement is 14.5 inches. Length measurement is 17.5 inches. Hip measurement is 18 inches. It has a lining and a hidden zipper in the back.
