elapeyreNo holes or pilling - I would it’s in “good” condition. The elastic waist band still has stretch, but may be a little stretched out? If that makes sense? I say that mainly due to the measurements .. I’m a size Small / and the waist seems more fitted for a Size Medium.. without stretch it measures 30”.. but, I don’t know if that’s standard for Eileen Fisher .
