lauriebellardYes it is faux leather and made to look that way (I updated with the Amazon description). This is completely brand new….. I purchased from Amazon in May as a gift( see picture) My daughter didn’t like it and I could not send it back because it was past the return date.it still had the paper protection around it…… thank you for asking and looking!

lauriebellardSorry I am just getting back to you, I ended up having to go out of town. The weight of purse with wallet is approx 2.14 lbs. from side to side across ( how the zipper runs) is about 12”. stretched open is a bout 10”. The purse when Stretched open is about 10” but resting is about 4 to 5”. Placing the tape measure inside from the bottom to the top gives me a depth of approx. 7 1/2”. when held up by the straps, the purse is about 18”.
