Dress the Population Vibrant Red Ruffled Maxi Dress

Flowing brilliant red halter maxi dress with cascading ruffle on neckline, side slit and hem. Built-in bra cups for support without wearing a bra. SIZE L. I love this dress but lost weight and can’t wear it. Note: one of the single stitches on either side of the ruffle neck line near shoulder (to hold the ruffle down to the shoulder) came up but very easily fixed with a piece of red thread.
