Would say they are new but they have some flaws from not being worn. Those flaws being little spots of the metalic pleather has peeled up a little ( not very noticable but there ) and I had to use shoe glue to glue the bottom of one of the flip flops due to separation but its not noticable unless you are really looking at it. And I used clear glue so you cant really see it. Also there is a few light scratches or scuffs dont know which you would consider it on the back of the left flip flip (same one with the glue) and some kind of factory error on the right sandal but its not noticable. But please see photos for more details I know it seems like alot but they are still a great pair of flops and have alot of life left to them.
