The VTG 1940-50s Strad-O-Lin A-Style Mandolin is a vintage instrument with a medium size and black color. It is made with maple top, spruce material, and mahogany body, giving it great tone and playability. This mandolin includes a pitch pipe, hard case, and bridge, making it a complete set for musicians looking to create authentic folk and world music sounds. The 25" height and 10" width make it a versatile instrument for both right-handed players looking to add a unique A-style mandolin to their collection. The back is marked but it is a solid construction with no cracks. There is a tortoise shell celluloid pick guard there is a crack but it's not broken. It sounds great, beautiful tone. (See photo)
