I believe this beauty is from the 80s. It has a very Victorian Gothic feel. Beautifully constructed, just barely off the shoulder more of a portrait collar. That lace around the collar has been beaded with jet glass barrel beads and there are three purple pearls. The dress is lace with a lovely show off your vintage style technique with this beautiful dress please see my measurement photos. This is marked at 9:10.
