kimberzeni just received this bag yesterday from the original seller and asked the same question about the lack of a crossbody strap! On the plus side it is in beautiful shape, no scratches, no odors and perfectly clean. I am putting it up for resale only because today I found “my dream” Brahmin on sale at Macy’s (a Caroline) & can’t justify to my husband why I need both of these!! 🙄 I will keep u posted about the strap ; she seems like a very honest seller and am sure she will contact me.
