gracecoolThere actually isn’t a stain! I can add another photo of the waist band but there’s no stain :) the waist measurement is 13.5” across. It is elasticized and stretches to become about 20” across. Hope this helps!

gracecool@psaltygirl13 I think it’s machine washable! Honestly I have never worn/washed it so do not want to make any absolute statements. I would think the poly/linen blend makes it machine washable, though I would air dry it or tumble dry low to be cautious. Hope this helps!

gracecool@gracecool I stand corrected—it is a viscose (not poly)/linen blend. The tag says dry clean recommended, machine wash cold and gentle cycle. Reshape and line dry. I also added photos of the care tag to the listing. Sorry for any confusion!
