Vintage 1960s cotton-blend maxi dress. lovely double ruffle collar & tiered ruffle hem. White polka dot print with yellow trim. Fitted waist with sash + bow detail. Fully lined. Concealed zip-up back (metal zipper). Beautiful, quality construction.
