Vintage Black Floral dress lace up and button back size XS

Flattering black dress with pink and purple floral print. Spaghetti straps and contrast piping create a feminine silhouette. Lightweight fabric drapes beautifully for day-to-night wear. Includes identified pink and purple floral details. This pains me to sell cause I love it but it has a VERY small waist (measurements in photos) it is a bit hard to get the fabric perfectly flat to get great measurements could potentially fit an inch or 2 bigger but dont eat or sit down. The only flaw is the minor pull on the strap.
