Antique Aurora Mfg Co Chicago Milk Glass Jar Container w Cover Plumbing

Unusual antique white milk-glass container with removable matching cover. Embossed on the front with the Aurora Mfg. Co. name and Chicago marking. Aurora Mfg. Co. was associated with plumbing supplies in Chicago during the early 1900s. The container features a ribbed lower edge, threaded/ridged upper section and heavy white glass construction. An interesting piece of early plumbing, architectural, industrial or advertising history. Approximately 3½–4 inches tall; please refer to the measurement photograph for scale.
