shawncastill661Yes…the circumference is 12-13” and shaft is 12”. They seem flawless other than the scuffs on the souls.

shawncastill661There is no flaws. I’ll have to check the shaft, but I’ve never worn them. I bought them here and they are perfect every inch just bottom scuffs. They are gorgeous but too big for me in length. Pretty tuff looking too!
