Flowing chiffon overlay skirt with gentle stretchy fabrication for comfort and size flexibility . Ideal for evening or formal events. Tiny not easily visable snag/line on lower right skirt side which doesnt detract from the value, however because its black, it was difficult to show in picture. If that is a concern pls let me know i will try again to take pic of the minor snag line. Again, bc its black the small snagline is hard to see in generalwhich overall is good. made in CANADA
