vintage solid 14k gold sapphire and diamond ring

vintage 14k solid yellow gold blue star sapphire cabochon and diamond (? CZ??) ring- SO beautiful! currently sits at a size 4.5-5 US and weighs about 5 grams not sure exactly where it came from, as it originally came with a sizer (that i’ve since removed) that slid around on the ring and kind of wore away part of the makers mark; it is clearly marked “14k” and then part of another letter, looks like a D or maybe a P (meaning it’s probably not a makers mark, it’s just the gold hallmark, “14k-P,” indicating solid 14 karat plumb gold. has 4 little stones (probably cubic zirconia, may be lab diamonds) set in 14 karat white gold beside the main stone. in between the two diamonds and attached the the shank are teeny little four leaf clovers set in yellow gold! please message before purchasing, as i have listed this in multiple places. thank you!! :)
