dazylu73No rips or tears, just some marks and discoloration from use. The fabric has a sheen to it, so the marks are not very noticeable and may be able to clean. All hardware is in great condition and all zippers work perfectly. Base measures 11.5 x 7 inches, height is 12 inches, top width is 18 inches.
