New with tags and very stretchy. I could think this would fit a small be perfect for a medium and if you are in between sizes, this would also work. Truly beautiful and beachy.! Have modeled on my mannequin which is a size 4, which seems like it would be a perfect fit there too. Measuring from pit to pit this goes approximately 15 inches across without stretch. But giving it a hard stretch measures to 20 the waist measures to 12 but giving it a hard stretch goes to 21- very forgivable fabric 37 in length. Retails for 208 currently sold out on the website.
