60’s Vintage Handmade Coral Ruffle-Front Long Sleeve Dress

Handmade vintage one of a kind coral mini dress from the 1960s. It features a prominent ruffled front with decorative buttons and matching ruffled cuffs on the long sleeves. Lace ribbon stitched into bottom inside hem. Back zipper. No fabric tags. Excellent vintage condition! Has one small spot on the sleeve that has not been treated.
