Reposhing this item I purchased from @rickgray43. I love it, but it's tight across the chest. For sizing reference sake, I wear a 34B bra and a size 26/27 pant. I've done some research on this particular Mackage coat and it's actually quite rare. It has six-sided leather elbow patches, which is a rare detail on Mackage coats.
