Vintage Beaded Fringe Showgirl Belly Dance Bra Belt Set Gold Sequin Costume

Absolutely spectacular vintage hand-beaded two-piece costume set featuring a structured bra top and coordinating hip/belt piece with dramatic cascading bead fringe. The set is covered in champagne/ivory sequins, seed beads and metallic gold beadwork, with dimensional oval/paisley-style appliqués throughout. Long strands of pale ivory/chartreuse-toned beads end in tiny gold beads, creating incredible movement. The construction is especially interesting: the interior is satin lined, and the hip piece uses multiple metal hook-and-eye closures, suggesting this was made as an actual performance costume rather than a modern fashion piece. The overall look is very Old Hollywood showgirl / cabaret / burlesque / belly dance / Las Vegas stage costume. It would also be an amazing display piece for a vintage clothing collection.
