VTG 70s MCM Penny Lane Brown Faux Fur Mouton Mobwife Mod Hippie Bohemian Coat Sz S Absolutely GROOVY little faux fur coat all the way from jolly ol' England! One World was a popular mid-to-high-end brand back in the 60s and 70s that excelled at mimicking luxurious animal pelts like Persian Lamb (astrakhan) and sheared beaver, making them an incredibly popular brand for those seeking the dramatic bohemian "mod" look without the price, weight or guilt of real fur. Condition: In excellent vintage condition, especially for its age! The lining looks fantastic with no rips, holes, tears or stains. I see no "bald" spots in the faux fur. There was a slight "split" in the left armpit, but it's quite small and not noticeable (I couldn't get a photo to even register). Fit: There were no size tags, but based on measurements, I believe this is very close to a modern US women's size small. But please refer to measurements for proper fit. Has two front hip pockets. The coat has two metal hook and eye closures across the front. Note: the loops that you hook into are kind of hard to see, just follow where the hooks go to locate the loops.
