What it does: Specially formulated with oils, rich pigments and gelling waxes, this matte lipstick delivers rich color with a soft, velvety feel in three iconic lipstick shades. How to use: Apply this matte lipstick using the edge of the bullet tip to contour the lips. The matte colors can also be used on cheeks.
