The buckle celebrates the 50th Anniversary of Mount Rushmore (1941–1991) and was produced by Golden Crest Jewelers of Rapid City, South Dakota. The reverse is marked Limited Edition and individually numbered 00970 of 50,000. The brown leather belt features detailed embossed Western-inspired scrollwork with spade and skull motifs, Fallen branding, and brass-tone hardware.
