Vtg 60s 70s Handmade Blue Ruffle Prairie Cottage Empire Waist Dress. Frilly ruffle turtleneck and sleeve cuffs dress. This dress has little faux pearl buttons on the sleeve cuffs that are functional. Ties around the waist to create a cute bow in back, there is also a zipper in back as well. ~ Brand: Unable to find any sort of brand tag, appears to be handmade. Condition: There is a very small spot towards the bottom of the dress(please refer to last photo). Other than this, this dress is overall in good vintage pre-loved condition ~ Size: Unable to find a size tag. Would best fit an x-small. Please refer to measurements for a more accurate fit. Measurements taken laying flat(double where needed): Length: 56", Sleeve: 24", Pit to Pit: 17", Shoulder to Shoulder: 13", Waist: 14", Neck Circumference: 15", Sleeve Cuff Opening: 7". Model is 5'5", 34B bust, 28" waist, and typically wears a medium in dresses for reference. The model was unable to zip this dress up all the way in the back.
