Sturdy La Sportiva light weight mountaineering boots that are probably better suited for mild summits, hunting, and backpacking rather than high-alpine technical mountaineering. High ankle support for stability, Gore-Tex waterproofing, stable sole for rocky terrain and hiking under load without sacrificing foot feel. Grippy Vibram lugged outsole for traction on all terrain. Soles are crampon compatible. EU 41.5. I have a narrow foot and wear a women’s 8.5 US for hiking and running shoes and an 8 or 7.5 for street shoes. I typically wear a EU 41 to 41.5, especially for Italian brands like La Sportiva that run narrow. Ive only worn these a few times over the years.
