polkadot lace dark floral fit and flared dress

this dress is just fun. I feel like it’s something Cyndi Lauper might wear. There is a sheer black mesh over with a flocked black polkadot. That extends past the floral part of the dress so you get a little lacy feel at the bottom. The under is floral but with the black over it looks very dark floral. crinoline as well in excellent condition. There is some peeling on the inside of the belt, but nothing that shows on the outside
