yuliia170@lucidavidson sorry this happened. It is possible there was a packing mix-up and you received the incorrect item. However, the order was accepted and a review was left, which completed the transaction. Naturally, when an order is accepted and reviewed, I have no reason to believe there is an issue with the item received. Once the transaction is completed, I am unable as the seller to open a return or issue a refund through Poshmark.

lucidavidsonReceived the incorrect item and seller has not responded to me. Also reached out to customer support t” and have not had any luck to resolve this issue. Poshmark is great when you receive your order but buyer beware if seller sends you the wrong item they will not work with you in receiving a refund!!!
