Vintage Fairycore Marie Antoinette Rococo Professional Theatrical Costume S

Spectacular vintage professionally made theatrical costume with a Marie Antoinette / Rococo fairy-tale aesthetic. Crafted in substantial dusty blush heavyweight cotton twill and fully lined throughout, with soft grey-blue tulle, floral lace, blue braid trim, satin ribbons, fabric roses and iridescent faux-opal jewels. Features a dramatic lace-trimmed collar, puff sleeves, fitted bodice, side metal zipper and long waist ties. The elaborate three-layer skirt includes a draped grey-blue tulle overskirt, blush underskirt and built-in crinoline/tulle foundation for fullness and structure. Finished with floral lace edging, clustered fabric flowers, cascading blue satin ribbons and jewel accents. Substantial in weight and exceptionally well constructed. Originally part of the Northumberland Players theatrical wardrobe, with NP handwritten inside as wardrobe identification. A true vintage collector piece. Condition Excellent vintage condition with no major flaws. One small pull near the lower skirt, mostly concealed by the layered tulle, see last photo.
