Strong shoulders with padding and gentle draping that is boat neck in the front and the back before falling to a handkerchief hem midi length skirt. Full of 80s drama Dallas or Dynasty style. Laying flat measures 41-50 inches shoulder to hem. 14.5 inches straight across the waist and 19 inches armpit to armpit. The fabric is stretchy and has a weighted drape to it. Tag size 9/10 and 100% polyester. Made in the USA. Based on the measurements, I think this is closer to a modern size medium, and it is featured on my size medium dress form.
