I wore them in 1964 with solid black underneath and a little witches hat and mask. It’s been with me all of these years. The gold parts are fuzzy to the touch and used to glow in the dark (they might still.) The black and white neck tie is vinyl and the material is thin black silky cloth. It is 15” from neck to hem.
