barbaracrouc849Hi! I have purchased this same backpack and discovered the zipper on the front compartment is EXTREMELY difficult to use almost to the point of not working at all. Is this common with this particular bag? I would think Gucci zippers should work flawlessly. I’m still looking for this bag although I don’t want to be faced with this same issue. 🥰🥴

asiachidekel621@barbaracrouc849 Thanks for this question! I kind of know what you mean, though the issue is not big with this bag! I’ve found with the front zipper it helps to hold part of the bag in place (like if I just grab the zipper and pull on it, it doesn’t always close as smoothly as opposed to if I hold the pocket with the other hand while zipping). But this bag has not been used very much, so it’s in good shape and the zipper works!
