One of a kind. Made in the USA. Hand painted. Genuine leather/suede handmade bib necklace. Black leather cord with vintage button closure. Not Adjustable. Neck opening approximately 17". Handmade using sustainable genuine leather castoffs from the fashion and upholstery industries. Some imperfections in the leather due to variabilities with animal hides. Statement Piece to pair with any classic outfit! Signature Piece. Note: As often happens, I based this design on a designer piece. This bib necklace is based on a one of a kind metal necklace that Yves Saint Laurent crafted for his muse Loulou de la Falaise in the 60s or 70s. The last photo depicts Loulou wearing the necklace on the cover photo of the book "Loulou and Yves." As I could not find anything like this on the mass market, I decided to try making it in my favorite medium, leather. The original necklace was quite heavy to wear, whereas my leather version is quite lightweight. Artificial Intelligence (AI) cover photo offers an idea of how this item will look on the body.
