Green Plaid “Cupcake” Dress by Ivy City

Green plaid dress by Ivy City, perfect for the holidays! Very full skirt, with built-in tulle to keep it fluffed up. Puff sleeves. Cinches at the waist with an attached tie. Fully lined. NOTE - The seam is coming unstitched at the bodice in two places. This is pictured clearly in the photos. The issue is only on the top layer of fabric, and the unstitching does not go all the way through to the lining. Since it is on the seam, it can probably be easily fixed by someone who is handy with a needle and thread. Everything else on the dress is like new.
